It was never going to be easy for @fingal_ravens_gfc (u16 D4 league winners )going up against the @stvincentsgaa (u16 D3 league winners)in this hotly contested final For the first half the Ravens were brilliant, held their own, worked tirelessly, and by half time there wasn't much in it at all. The second half was a different story, Vincents pulled away and kept the pressure up with relentless attacks, dogged defending, quick breaks. Mistakes crept into the Ravens game and they were punished ruthlessly - the biggest difference in the second half was in the simple things. Despite this, the lads kept on going until the final whistle, typical Ravens attitude. Heart-breaking as it is to lose in a final, they'll learn lessons from this I'm sure, and come back stronger than ever next season. We must also recognise the huge achievements the team and management have accomplished during this season!
