Dear Member,

We wish to remind you that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday, 15th October 2025 at 8:00 PM at Kettles Country House Hotel.

A strong attendance is encouraged, as the AGM is a key opportunity for all members to hear from the committee regarding the club’s activities over the past year, and to discuss plans for the year ahead.. Next year, we will celebrate our 100th Anniversary — a historic milestone for the club. Marking this occasion will require the support and involvement of many more members, and we encourage everyone to play a part in making it a memorable year!

This year, several executive committee members will be stepping down, having dedicated significant time and effort in service to the club. We sincerely thank them for their valuable contributions. As a result, there are a number of key vacancies — including some currently unfilled positions — that now need to be filled. It is essential that new members step forward to get involved, help shape the future direction of the club, and actively contribute to the discussion of any topics and motions on the night.

Completed forms must be returned to the Club Secretary no later than 30th September 2025. Please note: Late submissions will not be accepted or considered on the night of the AGM.
